NEW PAYMENT  SCHEME

       The links management are looking into the possibility of introducing a credit

       scheme for payment of links fees for 2011 renewals.

      This would allow members to purchase their annual links ticket then

       pay monthly instalments by direct debit.

       This scheme will be dependant on sufficient numbers and first instalments

       would be collected by direct debit on 1st March 2011.
